Formal charges were filed today against three people accused of forcing a 17-year-old girl into prostitution.

The charges allege that Chester Gray, 22, and Frank Devoe, 50, coerced the girl into participating in prostitution, according to a news release from the Denver District Attorney’s office.

Ryann Pangle, 24, is accused of assaulting the victim when she tried to leave.

Gray faces one charge of trafficking in children, one charge of pimping a child and one charge of procurement of a child. All charges are felonies.

Devoe is charged with procurement of a child and inducement of child prostitution.

Pangle is accused of second-degree kidnapping, unlawful sexual contact and third-degree assault.

All three remain in custody and will be formally advised of their charges Thursday morning at 8:30 in Denver County Courtroom 2100.

Bond for Pangle and Devoe was set at $50,000 and a $60,000 bond was set for Gray.
