Cycling has always been my favorite sport. Having been diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) a year ago, I am eternally grateful that I am still able to ride my bike with all the enthusiasm of a 10-year-old girl! In October, my husband and I will ride the 100-mile White Rim Trail in the Canyonlands with family and friends, for the second time.
