The average cost of a gallon of gasoline in Denver Sunday was $3.44 a gallon while the national average was $3.67 a gallon.
Gasoline per gallon in Denver was 85.1 cents per gallon higher than this time last year and 14.9 cents per gallon lower than a month ago.
The national average has increased 0.8 cents per gallon during the last month and stands 94.6 cents per gallon higher than this time a year ago.
