Emergency vehicles responded to a traffic accident on the border of Lakewood and Denver during this morning’s rush hour.
An SUV and a pickup truck collided in the interchange of West 6th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard, said Steve Davis, a Lakewood Police Department spokesman.
One of the vehicles rolled and a driver had to be cut out of the wreckage.
Reports on injuries were not immediately available.
Traffic in the area has been knotted by the crash.
