A lucky new rich person who shops at the King Soopers at 3100 S. Sheridan St. in West Denver has yet to claim his or her $4.2 million jackpot from Saturday’s Lotto drawing, the Colorado Lottery said today.
The chance of matching all six winning numbers — 10-11-24-27-28-33 — was 1 in 5.25 million, according to the lottery.
The winner could take the prize in cash, rather than payments, and walk away with more than $2.1 million, but has until Jan. 30 of next year to make a claim.
Proceeds from the Colorado Lottery’s games raises money for Great Outdoors Colorado, the Conservation Trust Fund and Colorado State Parks — about $2.2 billion since the state lottery began 28 years ago.
