DENVER—The National Weather Service says monsoon rains will bring another round of moderate to heavy rainfall to southeast and southern Colorado.
Forecasters have issued flash flood watches beginning Wednesday afternoon.
The weather service warned that storms could cause street flooding and rock or mud slides.
