A 42-year-old Larimer County man is facing charges he had a sexually explicit conversation over the Internet with a person he thought was a 14-year-old girl, but turned out to be a Littleton police detective.
Faron De Graaff was arrested at his Wellington home Wednesday, Littleton police said today.
He faces charges of Internet sexual exploitation of a child, which is a felony sex offense.
