CoBank of Greenwood Village has made Global Finance magazine’s list of the 50 safest banks in the world.
The bank, which lends primarily to cooperatives and rural industries, was one of six institutions in the U.S. to make the list. Four of the others have a presence in the state: JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, US Bancorp and Northern Trust. BNY Mellon was the other U.S. bank on the list.
