PUEBLO — Pueblo County District Attorney Bill Thiebaut says he will not file charges against a trio accused of robbing a bank in Georgia and shooting at police officers in Florida and Colorado. The trio led Pueblo County sheriff’s deputies on a chase.
That chase ended in Walsenburg in Huerfano County. The three Doughertys — Dylan, Ryan Stanley and Lee Grace — already face a total of 76 charges among them. A preliminary hearing in Huerfano County is scheduled for Sept 20.
