A man in his 20s was flown to a Denver hospital this morning following a tumble on a bike path in Breckenridge early this morning.
The name of the injured man has not yet been released.
Emergency workers were called to the bike path near Highway 9 and Huron Road at 6:15 a.m., said Sgt. Bryan Ridge, Breckenridge police spokesman.
The man was first rushed to Summit Medical Center before he was flown by helicopter to a Denver hospital, Ridge said.
Police are investigating how the accident happened.
