Rex Brothers’ run of 12 consecutive scoreless appearances ended with one violent swing in the seventh inning as Justin Upton blasted his 28th homer.

Jordan Pacheco started his second consecutive game at third base and will see playing time at second base this month. Manager Jim Tracy didn’t rule out Pacheco catching a game.
