Citywide Banks said today it has signed an agreement with Advantage Bank to acquire Advantage’s branch in Boulder.
“This move is a natural extension of our service footprint,” said Kevin Quinn, president and chief executive of Citywide Banks.
“Our bank has been doing business in the Boulder area over the past few years. This new Boulder branch will enable Citywide Banks to more effectively bring the same great service, business values and financial stability that metro Denver businesses have trusted since 1963.”
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed and the transaction must be approved by federal regulators.
The Boulder branch on Canyon Boulevard will be the 14th branch for locally owned Citywide Banks.
