The Boulder County Coroner’s Office has identified a Jamestown woman found dead in her home Saturday as Solange Haikkala, 30.
An autopsy has been performed, but the manner and cause of death are pending further investigation, the coroner’s office said.
A neighbor called 911 after going to check on the woman Saturday morning at her home at 21 Ward St.
Boulder County Sheriff’s Cmdr. Rick Brough said Monday that detectives are taking their time and doing a thorough investigation.
“There are some oddities about the case,” he said. “Anytime you have someone who is 30 years old and there is no obvious cause of death, you want to be careful.”
