An Allenspark woman remained hospitalized Friday, a day after she was stabbed 12 times in the back in what Boulder County sheriff’s investigators think was a premeditated attack, the Daily Camera reports.
Anna Nicole O’Neill, 27, was arrested on suspicion of attempted first-degree murder in connection with the stabbing of Vicky Foster, 63, at Foster’s house at 885 Ski Road in Allenspark on Thursday morning.
Foster remained in fair condition Friday at Longmont United Hospital.
Quoting court records, the Camera reports that O’Neill told investigators she went into Foster’s house to borrow a shirt. When Foster went to get the shirt out of the closet, sheriff’s investigators allege O’Neill stabbed her with a pocketknife.
