Denver police are investigating a stabbing this afternoon, after a woman allegedly injured a man on an RTD bus in Denver.
Shortly before 3 p.m., officers received phone calls from passengers on the bus, who said the woman stabbed the man near the throat, said Sonny Jackson, spokesman for the Denver Police Department.
The bus stopped at the intersection of Colfax Avenue and Perry Street, near the 7-Eleven convenience store. The woman, whose name was not released, ran away after the bus stopped.
Shortly after, police found and arrested the woman a few blocks away, Jackson said.
