COLORADO SPRINGS — Three goals from Rylan Schwartz powered Colorado College to a 6-4 victory over Bemidji State in a Western Collegiate Hockey Association game Saturday night.
CC’s Jaden Schwartz added a goal and an assist. Scott Winkler contributed three assists for CC (2-0, 2-0 WCHA).
The Tigers trailed 4-3 entering the third period, but they scored three times on 13 shots down the stretch.
CC goaltender Joe Howe made 11 saves in the third period after replacing Josh Thorimbert (14 saves).
Shea Walters and Radslav Illo each had a goal and two assists for Bemidji State (1-3, 0-2).
The Tigers won Friday’s series opener 3-1.
