NewMark Merrill, a retail developing and consulting company, is under contract to buy Twin Peaks Mall, the Times-Call learned late Wednesday.
NewMark Merrill is the retail development and consulting company hired by the mall’s owners, Panattoni Development Co., in July 2010 to manage and operate its two centers in Longmont, Twin Peaks Mall and Harvest Junction.
“We’re a retail company; that’s what we do,” Allan Ginsborg, NewMark Merrill’s managing director and principal for its Mountain States region, told the Times-Call at the time.
