CONCORD, N.H. — President Barack Obama became an official candidate Thursday in the New Hampshire presidential primary.
Vice President Joe Biden submitted the required paperwork to the secretary of state. He also promoted the president’s latest economic plan in a speech at Plymouth State University. Also Thursday, the United Food and Commercial Workers Union officially endorsed Obama’s re-election bid.
