DENVER—Denver police have cited an eighth-grade student accused of bringing a brownie laced with marijuana to school.
Police spokesman John White says the girl got the brownie from someone on the street and brought it to Kunsmiller Creative Arts Academy. White says the student shared the brownie with four to five friends, one of whom got sick.
The eighth-grader was cited with unlawful acts on school grounds and possession or consumption of marijuana.
