Frontier Airlines’ “Boo Crew” will crawl the 16th Street Mall from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. today, handing out chocolate chip cookies, Halloween candy and “Mystery Travel Savings” cards with values from $10 to $50 for future flights.
The crew will be dressed as airline seats with flight attendants directing them. The crew will start at Denver Pavilions and work west.
The event is to highlight the one-day Halloween sale of one-way fares as low as $8 for flights such as Denver to Omaha. There is a seven-day advance purchased requirement and flights — from Monday through Saturday — must be taken by Dec. 15. Travel on Nov. 26-27 is blacked out.
