±Ա岹’s crowd welcomed the “Whitey Ford” incarnation of , former Irish bad boy MC of the seminal hip-hop outfit House of Pain turned Grammy award-winning solo artist. In a turn reminiscent of rap-to-country chameleon Kid Rock, Everlast has shifted his gritty vocals away from the Irish flavored rap of his earlier years towards a bluesier, roots-rock sound. Gruff in both manners and vocals, Everlast still delivered the goods his audience came to hear, including radio hits “What itap Like” and “Put Your Lights On,” from Carlos Santana’s 1999 release “Supernatural”.
