COLORADO SPRINGS — Colorado College scored three times in the first period Saturday night and coasted to a 4-1 victory over Wisconsin.
Jeff Collett had a goal and an assist for the Tigers (7-2-0, 5-2-0 WCHA), who defeated the Badgers 4-2 on Friday and swept the two-game series.
CC’s Scott Winkler, Nick Dineen and David Civitarese scored in the first 9:47 of Saturday’s game for a 3-0 lead. Jaden Schwartz extended his point-scoring streak to 15 games with an assist on Winkler’s goal.
