
Denver Crime Stoppers today released photographs of two men suspected of robbing four businesses, over a 10-day span, at gunpoint.
The robberies happened between Nov. 20 and Nov. 30, according to a “crime alert” e-mail from the Denver Police Department.
The armed robbers demanded cash from registers at the businesses, police said.
At least one of the robberies took place in Lakewood.
Police describe one suspect as a black man in his 20s, about 5-feet 7-inches tall and 185 pounds. He is bald, has brown eyes and a black moustache.
The second suspect is described as a black man in his 20s, about 5-feet 7-inches tall and 145 pounds. He has an athletic build and is left handed.
Anyone with information on the robberies, or on a possible suspect, is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP (7867). Tipsters can remain anonymous.
The Crime Stoppers line is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
