On the heels of a slow September, Eagle County real estate rebounded in October with $112.7 million in sales and 130 transactions.
The latest monthly report from Land Title Guarantee Co. shows Eagle County’s downvalley towns, such as Eagle and Gypsum, driving the upswing in transactions.
But average prices are falling in Eagle County, where year-to-date sales volume at $916 million is only 72 percent of the same period in 2010.
