ARA, investment advisory brokerage firm focused on the multihousing industry, recently brokered the sale of the 194-unit Park Avenue Lofts for an undisclosed price. Chicago-based AMLI Residential purchased the from an affiliate of Martin Fein Interests Ltd. of Houston.
ARA also announced the sale of the 220-unit Cheyenne Crossing apartment community in Colorado Springs. Advenir, a Florida-based multifamily real estate investment and management company acquired the property from Cheyenne Apartments LLC for $19.2 million.
