Last week’s blast of concert news was likely the biggest for awhile, but some buzz-worthy bands and a few returning favorites are heading up this week’s roster, led by Ani DiFranco. The Grammy-winning punk-folkie is preparing to tour behind “¿Which Side Are You On?,” her first album of new material in three years, inspired by the Pete Seeger protest anthem of the same name. The road takes her to the friendly environs of the Boulder Theater on March 3. Tickets are on sale. ($30-$50, )

T-Pain, the Florida-bred protégé of R&B artist Akon and frequently crowned “King of Auto-Tune” is promoting new album “rEVOLVEr” with a tour that takes him by the Ogden Theatre on Feb. 24. Tickets are on sale at 10 a.m. today. ($30-$35, )

Keller Williams will return to the Ogden as part of the Travelin’ McCourys band. The latest incarnation of the lauded Del McCoury Band — minus Del — will bring its lightning-fast bluegrass to Denver on April 14. Tickets are on sale. ($26.50, )

Youth Lagoon ensnared a lot of music critics this year, judging by the number of Top-Ten-of-2011 lists the Boise, Idaho, act (a.k.a. lo-fi lover Trevor Powers) has graced. The Fat Possum artist will play the Larimer Lounge on March 11. Tickets are on sale. ($9.75, )

Groove-driven New York jam band Soulive is renaming itself Snowlive for its three-day run at Boulder’s Fox Theatre. The trio is not only adding JJ Grey and the Hartwick Horns, it will conduct musical workshops during the weekend days of the Fox residency. Tickets for the Feb. 17-19 concerts and workshops are on sale at 10 a.m. ($23-$67.50 or $250 for the workshops and all three shows; )

Cults made a lot of noise with its early single “Go Outside” and followed with a worthy, self-titled full-length via Lily Allen’s Columbia imprint this year. The band hits the Fox Theatre April 13. Tickets are on sale. ($12-$14, )
