Average gas prices in Denver fell again last week, to $3.02 per gallon.
The additional decrease of 5 cents per gallon means gas prices are now 26.6 cents lower than one month ago, but 29.6 cents per gallon higher than the same date in 2010, according to the gasoline price website .
Nationally, prices increased .8 cents per gallon, to $3.23 over the past week. That’s a decrease of 8.9 cents per gallon over the previous month but 21.3 cents higher than one year ago, the website found.
