CHEYENNE — A Texas company seeking a $300 million investment from the state of Wyoming for a proposed coal-to-gasoline plant has postponed asking the Idaho National Laboratory to review its plans.

DKRW Advanced Fuels is seeking state financing to help build its $2 billion plant. The company also is seeking approval from the Carbon County Commission for a separate $245 million issue of tax-exempt bonds to be sold on the public market.

The county commission on Tuesday postponed action on a resolution endorsing the bond issues until Jan. 17 at the earliest.
