BILLINGS, Mont. — Authorities expanded a search Monday for a high-school teacher missing from a town in northeast Montana after recovering only a running shoe after she failed to return from a run.
No evidence indicates Sherry Arnold, 43, was kidnapped, but FBI agents were called in.
The search for Arnold was focused on a 10-square-mile area north of Sidney near the North Dakota border.
