Twenty-six-year-old Sarah Hatfield says she generally stays within a 5-mile-raduis of her house. She goes to the grocery store, takes her two young boys to the library and the doctor’s office, and takes her oldest son to school.
Hatfield says she has no idea how she ended up at National Jewish Hospital on Saturday night after leaving her children in a car at a gas station for at least four hours.
“One minute I was waiting to get gas, and the next minute I was gone,” Hatfield told 9News on Wednesday.
“It was dark, and I was walking down the street,” Hatfield said. “I had no idea where I was, how I got there. I was freaked out.”
