FORT COLLINS — An 18-year-old woman was arrested in Fort Collins on Thursday after she allegedly stabbed her blind, 43-year-old boyfriend.
Around 3:23 p.m., deputies were called to the Motel 9 at 3634 E. Mulberry St. on a report that a man had been cut, according to the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office.
When authorities arrived, they found the man bleeding profusely, and he was immediately taken to Medical Center of the Rockies with non-life-threatening injuries.
Deputies arrested Kayla Dawn Mondragon of Fort Collins on suspicion of second-degree assault, committing a crime against an at-risk adult and domestic violence. Mondragon is being held on $7,500 bail.
