CANON CITY, Colo.—Fremont County deputies arrested a man after chasing an all-terrain vehicle suspected of being used in a burglary.
Authorities say 35-year-old James Cain was arrested after he ditched the sports vehicle and tried to run.
According to the Pueblo Chieftain ( ), Cain is facing numerous charges, including burglary and theft of the ATV.
