BOULDER, Colo.—A disbarred Lafayette attorney convicted of repeatedly sexually abusing a girl starting when she was 12 has been sentenced to 15 years to life in prison.
The Daily Camera reports ( ) Duane Glenn Rogers was sentenced last week.
He had been scheduled for trial in 2009 but disappeared and was later found living in Mexico. He was convicted in December of escape and of felony sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust and with a pattern of abuse.
