GREELEY, Colo.—A former trust officer for a Greeley bank has pleaded guilty to felony theft after being accused of embezzling from retirement accounts he managed.
The Greeley Tribune reports ( ) 33-year-old Brad Budner entered his plea Wednesday to theft from Cache Bank and Trust.
He faces up to eight years in prison at a sentencing hearing scheduled for April 9, plus an order to pay nearly $64,000 in restitution.
