FORT COLLINS, Colo.—A man suspected of hitting a Colorado State University police officer while fleeing in a truck during a traffic stop has been arrested.
Police say Felix Keil of Pine faces charges including assault on a peace officer after the incident early Thursday.
According to the Fort Collins Coloradoan ( ), the suspect surrendered after warnings that a police dog would be released after the man was found a few miles away.
