Denver police are investigating a shooting after an person walked into the hospital with what appeared to be gunshot wounds this morning.
Around 6 a.m., officers were called to East Colfax Avenue and Valentia Street on a report of a shooting, said Detective John White, spokesman for the Denver Police Department.
No victims were found at the scene.
Around 9:45 a.m., the person, White could not say if it was a man or woman, walked into Denver Health Medical Center with what appeared to be a gunshot wound.
Details about the person’s injuries were not immediately available.
