BERTHOUD — A month ago, Berthoud trustees spoke on medical marijuana, approving rules that would allow a second dispensary.
Now, one resident wants to hear what citizens have to say.
Dwayne White is spearheading a petition to put the dispensary question on the ballot.
“All I’m asking for is a vote,” White said before about 50 people at a community meeting on the subject this week. “I think it should be a vote on something as divisive as this.”
He has not decided exactly what the proposed ballot issue would say.
