FORT COLLINS, Colo.—A handicapped Fort Collins man is asking the thief who stole his specialized bicycle to give it back, no questions asked.
Rich Dixon can’t use his legs, but he can use his hands. He says someone took his bike from his garage Tuesday night.
According to KUSA-TV ( ), whoever stole the bike left an old bicycle as a replacement, but it’s useless for Dixon.
