MONTROSE, Colo.—The husband of a Cedaredge woman found dead in her hot tub in 2010 has been arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder.
The Montrose Daily Press reports ( ) Billy Kissner was arrested Friday in connection with the death of Raelynn Kissner.
An autopsy report didn’t determine her cause of death but said she was found with a blackened left eye, bruises and cuts on her lips, blood in her mouth, and bruising on her right ear and scalp. Both sides of her head showed bleeding between her skull and the tissue covering it. The report says she had a high blood alcohol concentration and medication in her body.
It wasn’t immediately clear what prompted the arrest or whether Kissner has an attorney who could comment for him.
