According to the Denver jail, Fisher, 38, is facing charges of destruction of private property and disturbing the peace and assault.
He was arrested by Denver Police around 1 a.m. in the 660 block of North Clermont.
Fisher is scheduled to appear in court at 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
