BOULDER, Colo.—A former youth hockey coach accused of sending sexual texts and Facebook messages to teen players has pleaded guilty to one count of felony Internet sexual exploitation.

The Daily Camera reports ( ) 24-year-old Zachary Meints pleaded guilty Wednesday in Boulder. He could face prison time at a sentencing hearing set for Aug. 3.

Police had accused him of sending messages to youth players asking them for naked pictures and to engage in online masturbation sessions.

Meints was an assistant coach for the Rocky Mountain RoughRiders 15-and-under team but has been dismissed. He also was dismissed as a part-time employee of the Boulder Hockey Club.
