Denver police recovered a vehicle late Sunday night that they suspect could be linked to Thursday’s fatal hit and run.
Sonny Jackson, a spokesman for Denver Police, said there is a lot of processing that the car will go through as part of the investigation to determine if it was involved.
“We can’t say it’s the car, it’s just a possible suspect vehicle,” Jackson said.
On Thursday, University of Denver graduate student, as he walked his bike across the street and an SUV ran a red light.
Bahramisharif, 24, died. Police were looking for a Jeep with possible front-end and under-carriage damage.
As the investigation continues, Jackson could not say where the vehicle was found or how it was located.
