Road. Vine. Table.
unveiled a new initiative last week: “Road. Vine. Table.” is a new program that will lead a select, prepaid group of diners on a literal food odyssey in which they’ll see their meals prepared from start to finish.
The notion of a “disassembly dinner” — in which an animal is taken apart and expertly butchered right in front of you — isn’t new to Row 14. But “Road. Vine. Table” is a holistic and interactive excursion that takes you to the site where your food and wine is grown and raised, then shows you the nitty-gritty of its preparation.
