COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Heavy rain is falling over the Waldo Canyon burn area, which could cause flash flooding.
The National Weather Service said Monday that a slow-moving thunderstorm has dropped at least an inch of rain over Wildcat Basin.
A flash flood warning is in effect through 4 p.m.
