A 49-year-old man was formally charged Friday for allegedly getting a 17-year-old-boy intoxicated and sexually assaulting him on July 6.
Eric Paul Jones is in custody at the Denver Detention Center and his bond is set at $50,000, according to a news release from the Denver District Attorney’s office.
Jones has been charged with sexual assault and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
His next scheduled court appearance is set for July 31.
