MANITOU SPRINGS — More than five months after 32-year-old Crysta Chisholm’s body was found stuffed under a trailer near Manitou Springs, El Paso County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested two men in connection with her death.

Howard York, who was living in the trailer where the body was found, was already in prison for the Jan. 30 robbery of a west-side pizza restaurant with a machete. He was sentenced to 17 years in prison for that robbery in June but his plea then didn’t address questions about the death of Crysta Chisholm. Deputies applied for an arrest warrant for York on Aug. 15. He is being held at the El Paso County jail without bond.

On Aug. 16, deputies arrested 44-year-old Daniel Trujillo on suspicion of accessory to first degree murder. He is being held at the jail on a $500,000 bond.
