COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—A bond hearing for four of the five Iraqi men accused in the sexual assault of a Colorado Springs woman has been vacated.
Colorado Springs television station KKTV reports ( ) the four men had been due in court Monday, but the hearing was vacated.
A woman told police she heard a disturbance outside her apartment while getting the mail on July 21 and intervened to stop a fight by a group of young men. Afterward, she said she was invited to the apartment of one of the men, where she talked with him and some of the others. She said she was given lemonade and later passed out. Authorities say the woman suffered serious injuries in the assault.
