Yes, TV’s singing competition field is oversaturated. No, that won’t stop “The Voice” from forging ahead, swiveling into a new season. The blind auditions for season 3 begin Monday, 7-9 p.m. on KUSA, and continue Tuesday.

The show, one of NBC’s rare bright spots in terms of ratings, features Adam Levine, and, from top, Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green and Blake Shelton as the coaches, each of whom will pick vocalists to mentor for their team.

Christina Milian (“Be Cool”) checks out the social media buzz, hoping there is some, and Carson Daly (“Last Call with Carson Daly”) stands around, not doing much as host.
