., a provider of kidney care services headquartered in Denver, said Monday it has opened a call center in Centennial with 100 employees.
The DaVita Contact Center serves patients across the country, taking and placing calls to and from doctors, hospitals, patients and family members.
These calls help match both visiting and permanent patients’ needs with the right dialysis clinic near their homes or vacation destinations.
“Denver welcomed DaVita into its community and we’ve found the right talent and space here to expand,” said Jim Keicher, DaVita’s vice president of information and technology.
The company said DaVita’s existing call center located in Malvern, Pa., which employs 140, will continue to operate with no reduction of staff.

Violante said that DaVita also has a smaller call center in San Antonio, Texas.
