FORT COLLINS, Colo.—Jurors are still deliberating in the trial of man accused of arson in Fort Collins.
The jury resumed deliberations Tuesday in the trial of Benjamin Gilmore, a day after the jury foreman told a judge that jurors were split. The judge responded by telling them to keep working.
The Coloradoan reports ( ) the judge told attorneys Tuesday that jurors are indicating they are exhausted and still deliberating.
Gilmore faces seven felony counts including arson and attempted murder in connection with a fire that destroyed a building under construction and an adjacent residential complex in October.
The fire caused an estimated $10 million in damage.
